Returns and Refunds

If a product does not meet your expectations, you can choose one of the following options:

1. Full Refund
   You will receive a full refund of the amount paid and may keep the product.
   No additional costs will be charged.

2. Replacement
   You will receive a replacement product of your choice at no extra cost.

3. Size Exchange (fee CAD $14–$20)
   You will receive the correct size by paying a small fee.
   The original product will remain yours.

Return Procedure

• Send an email to info@rivelle-Montreal.com with your order number and reason for the return.

• Pack the product securely, preferably in the original packaging.

• Ship the package to:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed.
Returns from abroad may be subject to VAT or customs duties.

The refund will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the package.

Return Conditions

• The product must not have been worn or washed.

• All labels must be intact.

• The product should be returned, if possible, in the original packaging.
